Kerr Premise is a universal nanofilled restorative composite with ultra-low shrinkage (1.6%) thanks to a tri-modal filler system that uses three distinct filler sizes to increase loading, combined with pre-polymerized filler (PPF) that both limits shrinkage and enhances polishability and wear resistance. Winner of back-to-back four-star Reality ratings in 2005 and 2006, Premise delivers restorations that are virtually indistinguishable from natural tooth structure. Highly filled at 84%, with an 0.4-micron barium glass component shared with Point 4 for outstanding blending performance. Available in body and packable viscosities in both syringe and unidose formats.
