The Kerr SonicFill system is the only sonic-activated, bulk-fill composite system for posterior restorations that requires no separate capping layer. A proprietary rheological modifier drops the composite viscosity by almost 90% when the sonic handpiece is active, allowing the material to flow rapidly and completely into the preparation without voids or bubbles. When sonic energy stops, the material immediately returns to a sculptable, non-slumping state for easy carving. Single-step, bulk-fill technique with low shrinkage, high strength, and superior adaptation makes it possible to go from placement to a polished posterior restoration in less than three minutes.
